We started our operations in 1991 under the name of M/s NAGPUR CARBON PVT. LTD. with a installed capacity of 250 tons per month. After 10 years we expanded by opening another Box unit M/s NAGPUR PACKAGING PVT. LTD. taking the installed capacity to 500 tons per month. In the year 2014 , we started our fully Automatic box making plant M/s EXCEL CARTONS PVT. LTD. taking the installed capacity to 1500 tons per month. The Machines: The main production line of corrugated boxes is an imported 5 ply machine having a 1200 tonnes of monthly production capacity. Excel Cartons Pvt Ltd is the only company with unique facility of combination of fluting namely Narrow / C / Broad. Fully automatic 2 sets of 2 colour printing machines gives an added strength to the finished products. Additionally in-house Multi- colour offset printing facility offers range of colorful boxes. The Laboratory: We have a well equipped Quality Control Laboratory with testing facilities of Bursting Strength , Compression Strength, RCT , ECT and Cobb testing. In house testing lab assures the inward and outward quality of finished product. Upon arrival of Kraft paper reels, the Moisture, Burst Factor and GSM is throughly tested. All companies are situated at 3 different location of Nagpur on a sprawling 6.5 acres with 60000 Sq Ft Profile construction. Three companies put together has a conversion capacity of average 1500 tonnes of paper per month with an approximate Gross annual turnover of INR. 50 Crores. We always keep a spare capacity of 25% (approx. 200 tons) to cater for new customers.
